
The ringing chamber
The bells are rung before the 9.30am Sunday service and for other special occasions. Practice is held every Tuesday evening from 7.30pm to 9pm. There are currently a band of 17 ringers of all ages from 16 to over 70. Some are skilled ringers, others are leaning to ring.

The Royal Navy Guild of Bell Ringers rang a quarter peal of 1,344 Grandsire Triplets in 50 minutes on Saturday 29 November 2014 in loving memory of Barbara Skilleter, member of the guild and Tower Captain at this tower for 18 years.
