We are approaching Pentecost (Whitsun) on Sunday 23 May – the day that commemorates the Holy Spirit coming upon the apostles and other followers of Jesus Christ in Jerusalem – the birthday of the church. To celebrate this special birthday of the church we would like to offer tea/coffee and cake to the community. Our hope is to have tables and chairs outside the church and to give away the tea and cake, a gift from us as church to the community on Saturday 22 May between 10am and noon.
